Motivation & Exercise

When deciding to start a new lifestyle, healthier and more active, you do something for you - you are an investment in the future. Not like other investments, the results are best measured over time. There will be ups and downs, the plan must be strong and keep your faith be strong.

Define goals:

Achievable, realistic short-term and long term goals for the plan needed to succeed. Clarifydefined, detailed short-term goals, how to say 15 pounds in 60 days instead of just that I want to lose weight to lose. In this way, you know exactly what you want and you achieve your goals in sight. If this goal was achieved, with the work on the next specific goal in the near future. This process will have a continuous path that leads to achieving your long-term goal.

Action:

Your road to success is developed here and now. You must have aregular exercise program and they treat it like any other important appointment. Mentally prepare for each lesson before you start, consider the benefits and why you started.
Take a picture of you and put it on the fridge so you can see every day, now that you in the program to change the image all work 4 to 6 weeks. These optical changes and the positive feedback from people around to your motivation.

They have made the decision to have set the goals, and you have an idea of where you want to go. Now we have to believe in you and trust the plan. Those around him can you help but you're the one who must make the trip. It's a good idea, a log or diary of your daily activities to keep. The results are the best motivation and your book can show the results before we see in the picture.
